Denver entertainer wins Western Music Association award ..

The Western Music Association recently presented their 21st annual awards for outstanding achievement in the advancement of contemporary western arts, in Albuquerque, NM.

Bill Barwick won the coveted Western Music 'Male Performer of the Year' trophy. 

A talented, internationally recognized entertainer, Bill appears regularly at Denver's historic Buckhorn Exchange restaurant.  

Hailed as a cowboy's cowboy-song singer, and accompanied by his superb guitar work, Bill's singing, songwriting and storytelling are a performance not to be missed. He's a frequent guest at cowboy gatherings and music festivals across the country, and is a returning feature at prestigious venues like the Walnut Valley Festival and the Colorado Cowboy Poetry Gathering. 

You might also recognize Bill Barwick's voice as the spokesperson for Encore's 'Westerns' television channel. 

In addition to a trophy, Bill was presented with a new guitar by the Taylor Guitar Co. of El Cajon, CA.
